After training hundreds of principals at our AI breakfast, teacher-only days, and cluster meetings, we always ask leaders to tell us how much time they think they could save by implementing the AI strategies we've shared. In summary, school leaders tell us they can save just over 8 hours a week and approximately 30 days a year in administrative activities by using AI effectively.
